BOOTCAMP

Bootcamp is a class that includes cardio, interval training, and strength training. You'll never do the exact same workout and will burn tons of calories. Workouts are held inside and/or outside, depending on the weather, and is suitable for all fitness levels.

TOTAL BODY TONING (TBT)

A fun and challenging workout that defines and strengthens muscles by constantly challenging your body. TBT has no cardio but still torches calories, and is a great place to start. Be prepared to use a variety of weights, bands, and do strength training.

BUTT & GUT BOOTCAMP

Butt & Gutt Bootcamp will work your glutes and abs with little to NO cardio! Define and strengthen your glutes, abs, core, and reshape and build your booty with many exercises using weights, resistance bands, body weight, and balls in a Bootcamp format.

CARDIO KBX

Cardio Kbx incorporates bag work with moves to fast-paced, upbeat music. This is absolutely NOT dance class! Punches and kicks are mixed-in with other cardio moves! This is perfect for all fitness levels. Gloves are required (we have some to borrow, but recommend you bring your own).

KICKBOXING BOOTCAMP

Kickboxing Bootcamp is set up the same as our traditional bootcamp class, but has bag work added. This is non-choreographed and can improve your endurance, as well as sculpt and strengthen both upper and lower body muscle groups. Gloves are not required, but recommended.

RIP'd (Resistance, Interval, Plyo)

Shred your upper and lower body with this strength training class. Broken out into four timed intervals, there will be resistance, cardio, and plyometrics. Get ready to target your core, arms, legs, chest, and shoulders!

YOGA

Yoga strings together many different postures and is used by athletes to aid in physical recovery. Our Yin Yoga format will help to lengthen hamstrings, lower back, and hips, and support muscle repair.

LIFT

LIFT targets all major muscle groups through heavy lifting and progressive overload techniques, ensuring steady gains and improved performance without any cardio. Experience results in an intimate setting with limited spots per class.
